The ASCENT Program integrates 4 courses [English 10-1, Social 10-1,  Science 10, and CALM (Career and Life Management)] into one semester (Jan. to June). 

 Elements of the ASCENT program include:

   - field trips (Rat's Nest Cave, Calaway Park, Snowshoeing, Overnight Camping)

   - work experience (25 hours at a career job placement)

   - community service projects (rain barrel painting, community bike maintenance)
