The Annual CPRS Speaker Series will coordinate both its timing and its topics with the three phases of the Futures Planning Process - occurring in the month prior to the Forums, so as to inform the discussions there. The proposed months for presentations are October, 2007 and January and April, 2008. General topics of focus:
