The Futures Planning process offers six different ways for you to participate and keep informed about the events and the information generated.
Community Forums (6 events)
- Large forums for members of the public and community groups to learn, dialogue and generate information in relation to the process phases.
- Two, 3 hour events for each of three phases (events will concurrently in Canmore and Banff)

- Large forums for teachers in all of the Bow Valley communities to learn, dialogue and generate information in relation to the process phases.
- One 2-3 hour event for each of the three phases (events will occur in Canmore)

Students Forums (multiple events)
- Large group or classroom forums to involve middle and high school level students in facilitated dialogue and activities
- Student events to occur in Phase 1 of the project, led by teachers and administrators in the various schools
Website Questionnaire (ongoing)
- Accessed through the project website, (linked from CRPS website) to host information about the futures planning process and an ongoing questionnaire
- Questionnaire to follow same progression and question of 3 phases, providing an opportunity for individuals to give input anonymously
Speaker Series
The Annual CPRS Speaker Series will coordinate both its timing and its topics with the three phases of the Futures Planning Process - occurring in the month prior to the Forums, so as to inform the discussions there. The proposed months for presentations are October, 2007 and January and April, 2008. General topics of focus:
